Competition Group
Tuesdays & Thursdays for ages 8 to 18
Our coaches prepare the athletes for competition in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field events.
Everyone is encouraged to have fun and do their best.
Athletes in this group are expected to represent the club at competition.
Training is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:45pm to 7:30pm
Active Youth
Wednesdays for ages 8 to 18
ActiveYouth is a non-competing group.
Athletes experience track & field in a non-competitive, fun environment.
Session 1: 5:50pm - 6:50pm - Ages 11+
Session 2: 6:50pm - 7:45pm - Ages 7-10
Little Athletics
Fridays for ages 6 to 7
Little Athletes are introduced to the three athletic disciplines of run, jump, throw in a fun environment.
This is a non-competing group, and when they are old enough our little athletes move to the Competing Group or the Active Youth Group.
Training: Fridays from 6pm to 7pm
