Our club Championships will take place on Tue Aug 24th, 2010 at 7pm in Griffeen Park. The distance for the men is 4 miles with the women covering 2 miles. Some exciting battles are expected to take place so come along and be a part of the action.

Our club Handicap races will take place on Tue Aug 31st, 2010 at 7pm in Griffeen Park. This race is run over the same distances as the previous week's club Championships -- 4 miles for the men and 2 miles for the women. However the novelty of this event is that the athletes all start at different times. The starting times of the athletes are determined by their finishing times from the previous week's club Championship.

Seniors can give theirs to their respective captain. Juveniles can give theirs to the coaches. The fees for 2010 are as follows: Seniors EURO 85; Juniors EURO 50; Family EURO 120; Mini Marathon EURO 40.
